Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Frontier Desk LLC handles information in connection with frontierdesk.ai, including public pages and signed-in surfaces. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
Information you give us
If you write to us or request access, we receive the name, email, firm, and message you send. If you use a signed-in surface, we keep the account details needed to operate that access.
What we do not collect on the public site
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank credentials, or payment-card numbers on the public site.
Information collected automatically
Hosting and delivery partners may collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, to operate, secure, and understand the Service.
How we use and share information
We use information to operate the site, respond to inquiries, decide access, protect against abuse, and comply with law. We share it with service providers who host or deliver the Service under contract, and with authorities where required. We do not sell your information for others' independent marketing.
