The “Get your company ready” form sends us what you want for the company (a sale, selling a stake, finishing a sale already underway, a loan, growth equity, automating the work, deciding what to do with its records, or working out which fits), when you want it, what kind of company it is, the company’s revenue range, one sentence on what you do, the company’s name, your name, your email, and, if you add it, the adviser who sent you.

The “Join” form sends us what your firm does, the firm name, the deals you work on, your name, your email, and anything else you choose to add: your website, typical deal value, a deal you would bring now, what you pay for introductions, and the licenses or registrations you hold.

The Cybernetic Age show form asks who you are, records that choice, and sends us: to come on the show, your name, work email, company, role and, if you add it, what you would want to talk about; to sponsor it, your name, work email, company and, if you add it, what you have in mind; to hear when it launches, your email; to partner with us, your name, work email, organization and, if you add them, your website and what you have in mind.

To sign in, you give us your email address, and we email a six-digit code to it. If you save a first pass while signed in, we keep the options you picked with that address.

If you write to us by email, we receive what you send.

Form submissions and saved first passes go into the records Frontier Desk uses to run its desk. Our technology provider hosts those records for us under contract.

Amazon Web Services sends the sign-in code email. Vercel hosts the site.

Signing in sets two cookies: one holds your code check for 10 minutes, and one keeps you signed in for 30 days. The production site also loads Google Analytics, which sets a cookie named _ga and a cookie named for its measurement property, so a later page can be recognized as the same browser. Preview builds and local development do not load it. Those are the only cookies the site sets.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank credentials, or payment-card numbers on the public site.

Hosting and delivery partners may collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, to operate, secure, and understand the Service.

On the production site, each page view is also sent to Google Analytics, including when you move from one page to another without a full reload.

We use information to operate the site, respond to inquiries, decide access, protect against abuse, and comply with law. We share it with service providers who host or deliver the Service under contract, and with authorities where required. We do not sell your information for others' independent marketing.

We keep inquiry and account records as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of information we hold about you. To make a request, write to privacy@frontierdesk.ai. We will verify and respond as required by law.

The Service is for adult professional use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Policy. Material changes take effect when we post the updated version with a new date.
