Partner with us.

If you lead a firm that originates and closes transactions, deploy capital into one, or provide capabilities that complement one, Frontier Desk was designed around you.

PARTNERSHIP

Multiple roles, one network.

Every participant in the Frontier Desk network can hold a different position depending on the transaction. A single firm might be an acquisition partner on one deal, a co-advisor on another, a referral source on a third, and a co-investor on a fourth. Sometimes all at once. The model was built to accommodate that.

For Firm Principals

You bring what we can't build: the practice, the licenses, the relationships, the judgment that comes from years of closing deals. Partnership is staged: a pilot engagement inside your live deal flow, then network membership, then, for some firms, equity alignment shaped to your regulatory environment. You get deal-flow matching, opportunity surfacing, analytical support, and operational infrastructure. You keep running your practice. What changes is the volume and quality of what flows through it.

For Capital Partners

Access to a diversified network of advisory and intermediary firms, each connected through shared intelligence infrastructure. Investment structures range from network-level participation to deal-by-deal co-investment alongside specific firms. The economics are tied to real deal flow and success-based revenue.

For Strategic and Technical Partners

You provide capabilities the network's firms need - technology, consulting, regulatory, data, operations. The network gives you a qualified distribution channel with direct access to firms that are actively doing deals. Revenue structures vary: referral fees, engagement fees, or equity participation depending on the relationship.

CRITERIA

Who belongs in the network.

We're selective because the network's value depends on who's in it.

For firms: closed transactions you can point to. Active licensing where required. Ongoing client relationships. A principal who is good at the human work of originating and closing transactions and wants to keep doing it.

For capital partners: an understanding of how advisory and intermediary services actually generate revenue, patience for a model that compounds over time, and alignment with the thesis that established firms connected through AI represent an outsized opportunity.

For strategic partners: capabilities that are demonstrably useful to firms that close transactions, flexibility on economic terms, and the ability to deliver at the quality level these firms expect.

PROCESS

How to get started.

01

Express interest.

Tell us about your firm, your role, and what you're looking for. This starts as a conversation.

02

Mutual evaluation.

We look at track record, capabilities, and alignment with the network model. You evaluate whether the network serves your objectives. Neither side commits until both are satisfied.

03

Structure the relationship.

For firms, that usually means scoping a pilot engagement. For capital and strategic partners, it means participation level, deal economics, and governance, tailored to the relationship and its regulatory context.

04

Activation.

Your firm connects to the intelligence layer. Matched opportunities, partner introductions, and network deal flow follow from there.

EXPRESS INTEREST

The network is forming now.

The firms that join early shape how it operates. Start the conversation - it takes about two minutes.
