Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of frontierdesk.ai and the public pages on it (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Frontier Desk LLC ("Frontier Desk," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Frontier Desk is, and is not
Frontier Desk is an intelligence and advisory firm for principals. The public site describes how we work. It is not legal, investment, tax, or accounting advice. It is not an offer of securities or a solicitation to invest.
No client relationship from a visit
Reading this site does not create a client relationship. Engagement, if any, is only under a separate written agreement. Nothing here is a guarantee of a mandate, a transaction, or a result.
Member and partner surfaces
Some pages are behind a sign-in. Access is by mutual decision. Those surfaces have additional rules. Do not share credentials or treat portal content as public.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information if you write to us, and not to misuse the Service, including unauthorized access, scraping that interferes with the site, or presenting our materials as your own product.
No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontier Desk LLC and its officers, members, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and our marks are owned by Frontier Desk LLC or its licensors. We grant a limited, revocable license to use the public site for its intended purpose.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms with a new date. Continued use means you accept them.
